Abstract

The article aims at reconstruction and description of the narrative play model “Distorting mirror” in Ruth Park’s short stories “The Muddleheaded Wombat”. It has been proved that narrative model is actualized on the grammatical, syntactic and semantic text levels, as well it models the whole narrative organization of the text.
