LONGREAD AS AN OBJECT OF THE CONTEMPORARY TRANSLATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the translation of longread, which is a way of submitting information on the
Internet. The main focus is the highlighting of the «longread» concept and its components. There are indicated the main
characteristic features of the style to which the longread belongs in the article. The article describes the main ways of longread translation and the difficulties that the translator/interpreter encounters during its translation.
