SYNTACTIC FEATURES OF EUROPEAN UNION’S LEGAL TEXTS (CASE STUDY OF LANGUAGES WITH DIFFERENT STRUCTURES)

Abstract

In the article the syntactic features of EU legal texts is on the material of different structure languages. It is determined the degree of generality of EU legal texts, achieved mostly adverbial-participial and infinitive constructions in English and indefinite-personal sentences the personal and summarized in the Ukrainian language.
