ІНТЕГРАТИВНА МЕТОДОЛОГІЯ АНАЛІЗУ АНГЛОМОВНИХ ОФІЦІЙНО-ДІЛОВИХ ДОКУМЕНТІВ У ВОЄННОМУ ДИСКУРСІ (2022–2025)

Анотація
Статтю присвячено комплексному аналізу лінгвокогнітивних характеристик англомовних офіційно‑ділових документів, воєнного дискурсу 2022–2025 рр. Її ідея полягає в тому щоб показати, як поєднання когнітивної семантики (концептуальна метафора, фреймова семантика) та критичного дискурс‑аналізу з юридично‑жан‑ ровою та юридичною лінгвістикою дозволяє формалізувати й кількісно оцінити перлокутивний ефект офіційних текстів. Перлокутивний ефект операціоналізовано через метрики MSI (зважена інтенсивність модальності must/ shall/will/may у реченнях), TCH (горизонт зобов’язань: фіксовані/багаторічні строки й відкриті формули), CRL (наявність тригерів швидкої координації «within 24 hours»), EDI (густина перелікових клауз) і FCAF (частота фреймових лем як-от: support/commitment/security/deterrence/reform/recovery на 1 тис. слів). Аналітичний конвеєр включає нормалізацію, сегментацію, лематизацію, регулярні вирази для шаблонів і контроль надійності роз‑ мітки; забезпечення відтворюваності через вивантаження CSV і фіксацію версій скриптів. Корпус охоплює 10 автентичних документів. Наведено кейсові дослідження ключових міжурядових угод: без‑ пекові (1–4); фінансові інструменти (5–7); секторальні MoU (8–10). Джерелами слугують офіційні публікації урядів та інституцій, машинозчитувані формати (HTML/PDF/DOCX). Показано гібридизацію юридичної точності й ког‑ нітивного моделювання (метафоризація, фреймування); з’ясовано роль модальності shall/will/must/may і темпо‑ ральних маркерів («10 років», «100 років», «for as long as it takes») у конструюванні зобов’язань та керованості інтерпретацій. Результати засвідчують відмінні жанрові профілі (security – вищі MSI і TCH та CRL≈1; financial – найвищий EDI та їх домінування support/recovery/reform; MoU – нижчий MSI, проміжний EDI), а також окреслюють практичні підказки для укладачів/перекладачів і визначають напрями подальших корпусних порівнянь (довоєнні/ воєнні; англо‑/україномовні версії; чутливісні аналізи).
