УГОДА VS ПРЕСРЕЛІЗ: ЛЕКСИЧНИЙ КОНТРАСТ В АНГЛОМОВНІЙ ОФІЦІЙНІЙ КОМУНІКАЦІЇ ВОЄННОГО ЧАСУ

Анотація

У статті розглядається зіставний лексичний аналіз англомовних офіційних двосторонніх угод і офіційних пресрелізів, які описують ті самі або безпосередньо пов’язані події підписання документів у воєнному дискурсі. Важливість дослідження зумовлена потребою розмежувати дві споріднені, але функційно різні форми офіційної комунікації: угоду як правничо-інституційний текст кодифікації зобов’язань і пресреліз як публічно-інтерпретативний текст, який пояснює значення події для ширшої аудиторії. На відміну від досліджень, зосереджених на загальній лінгвокогнітивній характеристиці офіційно-ділових документів або на кількісній операціоналізації їхнього перлокутивного потенціалу, у цій статті увагу зосереджено саме на жанрово зумовленому лексичному контрасті між юридичною кодифікацією та публічним фреймуванням. Матеріалом дослідження стали офіційні англомовні тексти безпекових угод України з Великою Британією, Польщею, Хорватією та Францією, відповідні офіційні повідомлення і заяви про їх підписання, а також Спільна декларація країн G7 про підтримку України як порівняльний приклад публічно-дипломатичної формули. Методологічно стаття спирається на жанровий аналіз, юридичну лінгвістику, фреймову семантику, когнітивну семантику та критичний дискурс-аналіз. Застосовано зіставний, лексико-семантичний, контекстуально-інтерпретаційний і лінгвокогнітивний методи. Установлено, що угоди тяжіють до інституційних і процедурних одиниць типу Participants, cooperation, capabilities, assistance, implementation, long-term support, тоді як пресрелізи активніше використовують динамічні, конкретизувальні та оцінні одиниці типу enables, interception, victory, ambitious, practical consequences. Доведено, що пресреліз не дублює угоду, а перекодовує її юридично-інституційний зміст у публічно зрозумілу й прагматично посилену форму.
